Check your current grade status
There are two optional texts for the course, Tisdall, Beginning
Perl for Bioinformatics, O'Reilly, 2001, and Tisdall, Mastering
Perl for Bioinformatics, O'Reilly, 2003. While there's some
amount of overlap, choose the former if
you're a beginning programmer, and the latter if you're an
experienced programmer who wants more depth in advanced data structures.
